My journey began at three Keller Williams offices, where I developed a strong foundation in streamlining processes and managing transactions efficiently. From there, I joined a top-producing team as their TC and Director of Operations, overseeing high-volume deals and leading operational strategies that helped the team thrive.
Later, I expanded my role to include compliance coordination, sharpening my eye for detail and ensuring every transaction met the highest standards.
Today, I run my own TC business, proudly supporting agents at many brokerages across the DFW area. I’m passionate about helping agents stay focused on their clients while I handle the behind-the-scenes work—keeping communication clear, deadlines tight, and every detail in check.
